The purpose and scope of the agricultural research project phase -II has been defined as: To increase the effectiveness of agricultural research necessary for development for appropriate agricultural technologies for Bangladeshi farmers' through building capabilities to move agricultural research activities into farmers fields where production problems can be identified and solution tested and building strong.
