Research manpower in the agricultural sciences: A preliminary report for the BARC complex of institutions

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to provide an immediate and admittedly somewhat superficial assessment of the status of research expertise within the complex of agricultural research agencies which exist under Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council. This census of scientific manpower, no attempt is made to perform a qualitative evaluation of research capabilities.
