Abstract:
In order for the TTMU to begin operations, outside support is needed. Specifically, the objectives for this project are:
To provied an extra staff member, in a position currently not sanctioned, to give TTMU the minimum mix of exprese required to begin operations
To provide office equipment and transport needed to begin operations
To provide operating funds for office and transport for the first year
To fund initial programme activities to demonstrate services which TTMU shold develop on a full-scale basis and to gain experience to be used as a base for preparing an annual work plan and the Phase II proposal
